About
I am an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the International School for Government and Policy Institute, King's College London, and a member of ETERON’s advisory board.
Before this, I was a Lecturer in Political Economy at the Department of Political Economy. I received my PhD in Political Science from King's College London in 2022, where I was supervised by Nagore Calvo Mendizabal.
My research fields are public policy, political communication, and voting behaviour.
My current interests include addressing far-right extremism and anti-democratic practices in politics. I focus on how states can improve policymaking to counter these groups and effectively communicate these strategies to the public.
In 2024, I established a partnership between ETERON and King’s College London to lead funded research projects focusing on Greek voting behaviour.
I am a Research Associate at the Hellenic Observatory, London School of Economics, and hold a position at the ENA Institute. Additionally, I have been a Fellow of Team Populism at Brigham Young University. In 2024, I joined the Scientific Committee of the Greek Review of Social Research at EKKE.
In my spare time, I record music under the alias Plastic Flowers. In 2023, I joined Onassis Stegi for a monthly mixtape show. I have also been developing algorithms on MAX/MSP and I enjoy coding, drawing, and surfing. Finally, I hold a black belt in Taekwon-Do.
